This website is dedicated to my daughter, Sylvia Marie. Since birth she has received many books and has spent many hours being read to. Reading books is one of Sylvia's favorite activities, and at two and a half she already has some favorites.
The purpose of this website is to share the joy with family members who unfortunately live too far away to spend time with Sylvia on a regular basis. At Christmas and birthdays family members always e-mail or call to ask what they can send as gifts.
When I say "She has all the toys she needs but she would love some books" they never seem to beleive me.The joy that Sylvia gets from being read to is evident every day. For those family members who would like to spend a little more time with Sylvia from far away.
